Our Mission Statement

The mission of the McFarland Middle School Dance Team coaching staff is to serve and guide our student-athletes to academic and athletic excellence. By fostering inclusion, respect, and social awareness, we will bring sincere care and instruction to our team. Our athletes will learn the value of commitment, teamwork, time management, and perseverance, thus encouraging our end goal of building intelligent, authentic, and selfless representatives of the McFarland community. 

and Middle School Dance Team (MMSDT) is to uphold school spirit, promote good sportsmanship throughout all sports teams at IMMS, and develop dance skills amongst the members of the team.
