Details/FAQ
What if my child can't attend all days?
It has come to our attention that there are CEPS Open Houses on the same day(s) as our clinic/showcase. We want to ensure that all participants are able to attend the Open Houses as well as participate in the clinic dates. If your child needs to miss a practice time to attend their Open House, it will not be an issue. Routines will be learned primarily on the first and second day of the clinic and the remainder of the dates will be used for review and additional practice. Our only request is that all participants are at the high school by 5:45PM on Thursday, February 20 to ensure we can get everyone situated prior to the 6PM showcase start time.
What should they wear?
For all days, they should be in comfortable clothing they can move in. On Thursday, they will not be returning home before their performance time, so please send them in what they will perform in including their provided t-shirt!
When does registration close?
Registration is set to close on Friday, February 7th at 5pm as we need time to place the t-shirt order. Be sure to get your registration in as soon as possible so we can make this an easy and seamless experience for everyone!
Does my child need to bring anything?
During our practice days, if you would like to send your child with a snack to eat before we get started, you may. Otherwise, they just need themselves and a water bottle!
Are snacks/meals provided for dancers?
No snacks or dinner will be provided on any of the clinic days so please plan accordingly with your child and send them to practices or the performance day with a snack or having been fed.
Will additional tickets be available for purchase on the day of the performance?
Yes! We would love to see additional family, friends, and community members come to support the McFarland Dance program! Tickets will be available for purchase prior to the performance on Saturday, February 24th.
Admission price: $5

Where can I pick up my child after their performance?
On Thursday, the program will be set up in a recital style format meaning that each grade/group of participants will perform at separate times. When your child is done performing, they are welcome to come sit with you in the Performing Arts Center to enjoy the rest of the show. You can meet them in the lobby area after their performance.
Who should I make a check out to?
All checks can be made out to McFarland School District.
Where/When can I turn my check into?
